I was really happy with how easy it was to get to the hotel from the train station. The tram made it SO fast. The location is FANTASTIC. It's right next to everything important. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the variety. The staff were helpful. They answered all my questions.

The walls are thin. I could hear noise from the hallway. It was not TOO bad, but noticeable.

The hotel provided a free public transport pass. This pass allowed easy access to the city. The pass covered ferries on the lake! I found the staff very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions. The hotel's location near the central railway station was useful.

The room decor felt a little impersonal, though the cleanliness was perfect.

i found that the wooden flooring, rather than carpet, was a standout feature for cleanliness and allergy concerns. the bed provided the perfect balance of support, and the pillows came in soft and firmer options. breakfast offered a variety of bread, pastries, and fresh fruit like bananas, kiwis, and apples.

the hotel is directly opposite the railway station. a large room was assigned to me. i was happy with my room choice. the ac needed some assistance from a staff member (it was a bit tricky).

i found no milk or tea bags in the room, only coffee and creamer, a small inconvenience.
